Unless stated otherwise, all our in-stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2-7 business days. The transit time for your order to arrive at your home depends on where you live. In the Montreal region and Ottawa, orders will be delivered to your door in approximately 1 week.
We do our best to offer a flat fee shipping to designated cities. However due to limitations, there are places that cannot be covered. Here’s our shipping charges that apply to all orders (regardless of size):
- In-store pick up: Free
- Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto and Ottawa: Flat fee of $79+tax
- Other locations: Quoted on a case-by-case basis

Our local delivery agent will contact you and schedule a date and time of your convenience to deliver your furniture.
- Delivery will be made either by Delivery Truck or Courier (FedEx or UPS).
- Our Shipping is to the front door of your house.
- Our Shipping does not include navigating stairs – we will deliver to your garage or the closest we can get to your front door.
- Apartment dwellers with elevator access will get delivery to your suite door. If there are stairs we will deliver to the lobby or as close to the lobby door as we can get without climbing/descending any stairs.
If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact email@example.com before within 48 hours of you placing the order. If your order is already on its way to you than there will be a re-routing Fee charged depending on the circumstances.
You may cancel your order anytime before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund. If you cancel your order after its left our warehouse, we will deduct the shipping and return shipping charges.
Please be sure to sign the delivery receipt in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In the event that there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. If you have requested assembly service, please instruct the delivery agent to leave the original packaging. You are responsible for retaining the original packaging for returns. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our return policy.
If you miss a delivery appointment, you will need to reschedule again which involves a rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee will be assessed by the carrier and you will need to pay them directly.
